TENDER NOTICE SUPPLY OF HIGH SECURE SELF
ADHESIVE MACHINE The Secretary Ministry of Internal Administration on behalf of the Chairman Ministry Procurement Committee will receive sealed tenders for the supply of 400000 High Secure Self Adhesive Machine Readable Visa stickers and a printing system to the Department of Immigration & Emigration (DIE), Sri Lanka and receiving will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on .30th August,.2007. Tenders should be submitted on the documents obtainable either in person or by registered post from .6th July 2007 to 29th August, 2007.. between 10.00 a.m. & 3.00 p.m. on normal working days on payment of (a) A non refundable tender fee of Sri Lanka Rupees (SLR) 15,000 by cash or bank draft drawn in favour of the Controller of Immigration & Emigration, to the Additional Controller (Finance), Department of Immigration & Emigration 41, Ananda Rajakaruna Mawatha. Colombo 10, Sri Lanka or (b) A non refundable tender fee of Sri Lanka Rupees (SLR) 15,000 or in foreign currency to any Sri Lankan Mission overseas. Tender documents may be inspected free of charge at the Policy Division of the Department of Immigration & Emigration during working hours of the Department. Tender forms will be issued only to manufactures and principals or their accredited agents who have experience in security printing. Sealed tenders should be addressed to the Chairman, MAPC and delivered by hand or dispatched by registered post to receive before closing time to the Controller of Immigration & Emigration, (CIE) 41, Ananda Rajakaruna Mawatha, Colombo 10, Sri Lanka. Any clarification in respect of tender documents may be sought from Deputy Controller (Admin & Policy). Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at the Department of Immigration & Emigration. Tenderers or their authorised representatives are permitted to be present at the opening of the tenders.
